Estelle Manor, the country counterpart to London’s Maison Estelle, has quickly established itself as one of the UK’s most celebrated private members’ clubs, praised internationally for its bold design, Roman bath-inspired spa, and immersive lifestyle programming. Since opening, it has redefined expectations of what a modern English country estate can be. Perched on a sprawling 85-acre estate, it has been generously updated with three restaurant concepts, six bars, a nightclub, a Roman bath-inspired spa, and a 100-key hotel.

As Executive Creative Directors for the entire development, Premiere Enterprises was entrusted with shaping the full creative vision from inception through realization. Joshua and Krystof defined brand pillars, developed the narrative, and directed the design in close collaboration with Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch of Roman and Williams—working room by room and layout by layout to establish a cohesive and timeless environment.

Over three years, Premiere Enterprises guided every aspect of the estate’s identity and guest experience: curating amenities, programming bars and restaurants, shaping retail, designing in-room bar and apothecary concepts, and conceiving signature elements such as the Roman-style bath, inspired by research in Bath, Budapest, and Rome.

Their responsibilities encompassed:

    •    Master planning & interiors: space planning, programming, and design alignment.

    •    Brand development: vision, narrative, and collateral.

    •    Food & beverage: concept creation, menu development, beverage programming.

    •    Product & environment design: custom plate, silver, tableware, and glassware design.

    •    Hospitality elements: uniform design, music curation, and atmosphere building.

By introducing new, outside-the-box creative thinking, Joshua and Krystof brought a layer of New York sensibility that pushed the boundaries of traditional country house hospitality. The result is more than a revival of the English country estate—it is a globally recognized model for the future of luxury members’ clubs and countryside hotels, where history, design innovation, and cultural relevance meet to create a modern escape unlike any other.
