About

Founded by Joshua Boissy and Krystof Zizka in early 2018, Premiere Enterprises is a global creative development and management firm at the intersection of design, hospitality, and lifestyle. After amassing a notable and influential portfolio of creative work for the past ten years in their own restaurants, Premiere Enterprises provides multi-tiered creative development consulting for high-level luxury projects.

At its core, Premiere Enterprises builds on the success and notoriety of the Maison Premiere flagship brand. Since its opening in 2011, Maison Premiere has been consistently lauded for excellence in drink-making, raw bar, and ambience, as well as its unwavering commitment to service and hospitality. It has been favorably written about in The New York Times, Esquire, GQ, Travel & Leisure, The New Yorker, Food & Wine, Time Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal. It has received nearly every major award in its industry, including a Taste Talks award and a James Beard Foundation Award for “Outstanding Bar Program” in 2016.

2016 also saw the arrival of Sauvage, breezy, all-day restaurant overlooking McCarren Park at the convergence of Greenpoint and Williamsburg. Launching shortly after Maison Premiere’s JBFA win, it opened to numerous exuberant reviews and critical mentions.

In 2018, Premiere Enterprises  operated a 135-seat outdoor restaurant at The High Line Hotel named The Golden Hour, boosting our presence in Manhattan and bringing opulent raw bar and cocktails to Chelsea.

In the spring of 2019, Premiere Enterprises joined the Ennismore (UK) team as Executive Creative Directors, charged with leading the vision for several high-level properties.

In the Fall of 2019, Seabird opened on the 14th floor of the newly constructed Hoxton Hotel (Southwark). Boasting a 100-seat dining room with an expansive 65-seat outdoor terrace, Seabird quickly became one of London’s toughest reservations, with diners eagerly making the trek to S1 in Southwick. Equipped with a large open kitchen and charcoal-fired plancha, it also featured an opulent raw bar display, making it a photogenic hit with local press and social media. Between the sunny mixture of Mediterranean-focused seafood and market-fresh cocktails, Seabird fast became a rooftop destination, with some of London and Paris’s finest DJs spinning music deep into the night.

By far, the largest and most consequential creative work was the inception of the notable private members clubs Maison Estelle and Estelle Manor, with the former located in Mayfair and the latter located in the Cotswolds. Joshua and Krystof teamed up with the famed Roman & Williams design team for both club locations and worked directly with Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch throughout the creative development process and spatial programming. The two locations include a Roman bath-inspired spa, 8 restaurants, 19 bars, 2 nightclubs, and a 100-key hotel.

To close out their tenure with Ennismore, Premiere Enterprises also programmed two venues within the Philippe Starck-restored Sanderson Hotel, bringing the grandeur of a mid-century Japanese steakhouse and the edgy chic of a Tokyo-meets-NYC cocktail lounge to this legendary property, rounding out Premiere Enterprise’s portfolio, showcasing the multi-stylistic fluency apparent throughout the work.

Most recently, Premiere Enterprises was tapped as operators for two venues within the iconic Hotel on Rivington in the Lower East Side. The Penthouse has become a celebrated choice for high-level film, photo shoots, and events in New York City. Located on the top three floors of the hotel (including rooftop level) it is a unique venue & event space in the heart of the historic Lower East Side, offering a 3,200 square-foot triplex, with three discreet exposures of New York City and a stunning 1,000 square-foot roof deck. Premiere Enterprises will also open a street-level cocktail lounge space in the winter of 2022, reimagining it as a lux, sophisticated nightlife destination with plush, residential furniture and fixtures, DJs, and a distinctively European sheen.
